The God Problem is a problem for Orthodox, conservative, traditionalist, liberal and progressive alike. All are attempting to deal with the realm of beliefs and constructions about God. And all are attached to their notions, and of what they believe is true and not true.
The Problem isn’t that I have a construct – and I have my own… it is that I don’t acknowledge that it is a construction and not the thing itself.
I invite you to be aware of your unconscious deep emotional attachment to your construction of your beliefs whether traditional or progressive.
Arise each day and say or pray or what ever you do – “I arise today to live with loving kindness … that will be my practice”, and let God be God….
